SRTS Coordinator
Dan Allison is the SRTS Coordinator for the Carson program, contracting with Sierra Nevada Journeys for completion of the NDOT grant for the coordinator position. Dan will be working with all six elementary schools and two middle schools, but will focus on the three schools which received additional SRTS grants. Dan is part-time, about 1.5 days per week.
Dan is a lifelong walker and bicycler, who still has a car but drives less and less all the time. In 2008, he cut his transportation-related carbon footprint by over one-half. Dan is a League of American Bicyclists League Certified Instructor (LCI #2301), a member of Muscle Powered in Carson City, Association of Pedestrian and Bicycling Professionals, and America Walks.
